Well he should be thankful that the paw didn't go the other direction and make him a feral pig. Or just do nothing: since he's been a pig for a while it could have interpret "normal" as just being the way he already was...
For a monkey paw style wish, he should probably just count his blessings. And shop for bigger clothing lol. Honestly, I think it worked out pretty well for him.

I got the chances to pretty much make him a feral or left him that way, but making him feral would have just give me a simple lunch fo my belly. Lefting that way would Ruin my reputation as a Devious Rakshasa...
Make him normal, feed on his Embarrassment and then give him more chances to do more wishes hoping to return to his normal weight or see if he can outsmart me...
He will need to really shop on bigger clothes~
