His whole being is stored in his Magic Core (v2), though, even if they are both having cores for their lives, both cores have different effects

Also, his tail is not part of his body

--Pressure Tap:
Same as Rawr's, allows to be inflated through the mouth, but doesn't let the stuff come out of him. It's an invisible magic barrier, not something physical.

--Leg Weight:
He has 1Kg. weight as pawpads, adding 4 kg to his total mass, they can be removed without hurting Arf, and reattached as well.

--Regeneration:
Unlike Rawr, Arf's renegeration rate is VERY fast, to the point of creating a whole new body for him to use in an hour without using nearby material. (That includes string and balloon tail, but not the pawpads)
Punctures heal in seconds...

--Helium:
His body (Not his tail) is always producing helium all of the time (Though, most of the time its really un-noticeable) and strong emotions can increase this production (Like, being extremelly happy/angry; It'd make him inflate lots faster, and maybe pop himself)

Also, his body (again, not his tail) changes whatever material is stuffed into him into Helium (Although, this process is slow) So, most of the time, he's full of helium.

--Tail:
Arf's tail is not directly connected to his body, its another balloon, that is tied with a string to his body, its full of either Helium or normal air, the gas changes from one to the other depending on his mood.

Anything stuffed inside the tail (That's not a gas) will remaing being what it is.

If the string is untied/cut, Arf won't control anything of it (And thus, it'll be like a normal balloon)

--Magic Core:
Unlike Rawr, he knows no spells at all, and can't switch bodies (But he produces his own very quickly, so it doesn't matter)

--Inflation:
He'll inflate in different ways, depending how is he at the moment he starts getting overinflated
He'll get round if he's been preparing for inflation
He'll get an overinflated belly if he was not
He'll get an overinflated butt if the rest of his body was being squeezed or something at the time he gets overinflated

His tail and body pressures aren't shared...
