In my mind this scene thats place after the Jahallians Rebirth, Michael found himself in an ancient realm of his home world's past the "Janhal's ward"

It is said that another piece of the darktriforce was hidden here and can only be found by the king or queen of Jahalla when he or she obtains the Jahallian Black Sword.Normally that hidden piece would be in the open and will obey to those it believes is ready to use the power. But a shadow demon whom takes the forms of the Jahallian kings and Knights have been spotted there waiting for one to bring the sword and will fight him for the Blade and the dark triforce.

The monster had taken form of Michael and is not gonna quit until it gets the triforce from the Jahallian demon wolf prince, Michael.

Michael is about to use his old move the Black Lightining from his left hand and a Sword slash from his right.(not sure if you can see his blade sticking out from behind.) Michael is satnding on a platform he made so he can gain more energy then trying to while flying in the air.even if he miss both of the attacks he will transform in the final form before its evil demon copy can lay an attack on him.

and yes the sky in this world is purple at the time with blood red clouds
