Heres a fun thing I thought id try and start, is draw on average how you feel at the end of your day/week etc. I should imagine most of us (though maybe not quite as dramatic) end up like Solstice here, confused, shattered and want to chill for a while! the following equations you can see here, I have used all of them at some point, they are not actually as bad as they look, but I havent used any of them in ages and would need to read up on them again if I where to use em!
Gotta say im having a lot of fun drawing solstice lately,makes a nice change...
