I did it...I actually finished it today and I'm VERY pleased, despite the hard time I had with background. I wanted to paint at least one shack, but it was a total failure.
So, as I promised I added legs to the original lineart. I used about 4 pics (all I could find) for refs. And I don't think I'll be able to go back now to fix anything so please no critiques.
(That was my FIRST attempt of drawing a Prawn too sooo, yea)

Funny how people say their marriage vows sorta change their mind or freak out should their mate is *drastically transformed*. Heck, if the love is strong and true, why not accept them? Its the same person, just in a new body O.o
Never know, it might make things BETTER. Heaven knows the love life will become pretty darn interesting.

Ah man, District 9 is one of the best movies ive seen in a long, very long time.
Actually it was really the first time in a science fiction thingy i actually felt sorry for a alien.
And yeah, he did really have emotional eyes and i see you captured that!
This is very nice work and i cant imagine the work behind this piece of art! Sad you couldnt do the shack though.

Found this in a friend's faves list, and buster, you've have made a handsome drawing there! Beautifully done. Loved that movie, And the scene that gave me the giggles in an otherwise really grim film was the wee one nomming the human's head for stealing his dad's ship! I wonder how many people even noticed that the "breeding licence" for the child was actually a STICKER on the kid's and parent's heads? That disturbed me and brought home just how people truly viewed the aliens.
