I made more food! And this time, it was quite easy.
Ingredients:
1 box Penne
2 cans Pizza Sauce
Cheese of your choice (traditional is Mozzarella)
Add ins of your choice (Meat/Veggies)
Recipe:
1. Salt and boil water
2. Cook Penne according to the box and drain
3. Prepare your add ins (I didn’t do add ins)
4. Preheat oven to 350 F
5. Return the Penne to the pot and combine with sauce.
6. Mix in add ins.
7. Pour into a 9x13 oven safe pan
8. Top with cheese
9. Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes or until cheese is melted
10. Plate and serve!
Chefs notes:
*I found this feeds 3 people just fine. If you need to feed more, double the recipe
*I did not use any add ins because one of my roommates is sensitive to red meat. So, I just placed pepperoni on top of my bowlful and let it cook against the heat of the noodles.
*Mixing cheese is okay too! My blend was a premaid Mexican blend with a layer of Parmesan cheese.
