It was certainly a challenge and, being my first attempt at a horse, it's bound to have issues. I did try my hardest, used a lot of visual reference, and attempted to work with the horsie shape without getting too realistic. I wanted to maintain a great deal of 'cuteness' to the head which is why I kept the muzzle short and didn't want to drop the angle down too much.
Hey look, I know that guy. oh wait, It's me:) Just a quick reflection here, Fire is a tribute to my now-passed shire Mike. Killy, you did a wonderful job. I couldn't be happier with the outcome of how he turned out. You have an email waiting. I am honored to add yet another Kilcodo partial to my collection. More to come.
