This is Xymakri, my very good friend's rendition of the DnD character the Raven Queen!! In their canon, she's very trickstery and mysterious, but she also spends her time traveling and recruiting Kenkus (wingless crow people) and giving them wings. When Kenkus work under her for long enough, their feathers start staining red!
The original reference I was given was just a women in a red sleeveless dress and a hood, so I came up with my own design flourishes!
No, I have no friggen clue why this turned out so good haha. I normally can't draw people this well.
