Hmmm.... awhile back I got bored, so I took a picture of myself and made my picture turn into an otter. ^^
I originally had more than my head for this, but my head was all that survived the image editing process. Ended up kinda like the Animorphs book covers.
Alas, 'tis as close as I can get... for now.

they had a wide variety when they needed something specific. the battle forms as they called it were sort of favorites and they stuck to the same ones. also they talked alot of detail when it was a new animal and they couldn't control the form at all. thats why i liked it because it gave a new view point alot of the times.
I suppose so, they did have some rather interesting morphs ^^ (But not a single otter... D'oh)
They were descriptive when it was new, but it still was a bit lacking at times. I mean, in the fourth book, The Message, the first description of a dolphin morph in the series didn't even really describe the transformation of the hands or legs at all to speak of. Sure, In the Time of Dinosaurs made up for it, but in most other cases the description of a new morph only seemed to cover half to three-quarters, usually skipping parts entirely.
Alas, I just be nit-picking though XD
(A bit late on the reply... I kinda forgot....)

(lol it happens)
yea but you have to consider that the author was probably trying to keep to a certain page length for the books to keep in the set properly. also they were kinda young books so they didn't want them getting to big and daunting for kids that liked them. those books were what helped me get into reading when i was young actually. i would also say that they didnt want people getting bogged down with to much detail about those parts. Still really fun though.
