I've decided that I want, I want, I want, I want out

I've never realized until now how damaging it can be to hold on to people and to hope for things to be different. After three long years, I'm finally letting go. A new (and frankly overdue) focus of mine is to move forward and continue to rebuild myself and repair the parts that were lost along the way.
