It's a rough story about hard situations and even harder decisions. As he's been writing it I've been working on proof of concepts for characters and possible volume illustrations. I love this, The pose, the clothing, the colours. All perfect. Especially the sandstorm effect. You really work best when given space to take intiative and make your own decisions.
This piece, with his Human mentor, he's hunting for a wanted man named Ishmael Eddine. Wanted for three counts of murder and Armed Robbery (suspected corporate espionage).

He'd say he's an ass man; my reasoning is that he's young, wants to be cool, but isn't the smartest guy so he THINKS saying he's an ass man is rebellious but it's actually what most men answer because they ASSUME every other guy is a boob guy. The truth is: we're all tits guys.
