Sandy; a rather curious looking being brought forth by combining a magical plant, and the skull of a deceased rodent through deceptively simple means.
I don't know much about her, which is probably because the concept isn't even mine.
This particular character idea comes to us from Striker. No records exist of her predating this one, and luckily it is being accompanied by an entry from everyone's favorite little yellow abstract.
So, here it is, straight from the mad scientist himself.

'Bunyips are creatures of aboriginal Australian legend, but extend to many parts of both our physical and ethereal world. Like many other creatures of the elementals they come in different strengths based on the type of elemental energy they posess.
The one pictured here is what is known as a Flower Bunyip, and as the name suggests; are fluent in Earth/Forest energies. They are usually found at lower latitudes in dense, warm forests. They have been known to be found in deep temperate forests as well.
There are two kinds of distinct looks for Flower Bunyips: The tall skull-capped 'Stem' variety, and the stouter, coloured underbelly 'Bud' variety. The Stem varieties seem to be more agressive, and hunter-like. Where as the Bud varieties seem to have the jollier, more gluttonous dispositions.
At the back of every Flower Bunyip's head is a frill of petals based on a flower that grows in the environment they live in, or have originated from. These petals are not as fragile as they appear but can change in size and shape based on the diet of the bunyip, much as a normal flower's blooms would change based on soil conditions.
It is unknown whether a Flower Bunyip would receive effects from the chemicals and mixtures used to grow traditional flowers, and as with any monster: getting close enough to find out is not recommended.'
