Dr. Meer Jessica Raynes | Female | Canadian | CTI Scientist
Staffed at CTI's Research & Development Centre Number 3, Meer spends much of her time leading a department on the development of artificial intelligence. It is here that Meer developed the Soul Drive, a system that could accurately replicate the mind of a living person. The good doctor intended to work alongisde her staff and the rest of CTI to put the system into the medical field however her future plans despite years away from coming to fruition were cut short.
R&D Three, being the center of a variety of development projects for AI was the target of a variety of criticism world wide and later the site of a terrorist attack that resulted in the death of well over a third of the facilities staff.
Although not the target of the attack itself she was caught up in the destruction and would later pass away following the attack in a nearby hospital. Despite the loss of a brilliant mind her work to help vault development of AI forward for years to come and forever leave a mark on the world.
