It's otterly absurd.
This is a piece I was wanting for a looong time. EclipseWolf does fantastic work in a fantastic style - and in particular, does BRILLIANT work on otters. Honestly, when I first created Maverick, he was one of the artists I fully intended to get a piece from of him.
Of course, EclipseWolf is in rather high demand, and it took quite some time to finally get a slot on one of his otter batches but... well, I succeeded! And I'm supremely happy with the result!

Ahaha, thank you very much! Funnily enough, the hair was actually kind of an accident. I'm not a very good artist myself, and when I did a quick doodle ref of how I wanted him to look, the first artist to really do him misinterpreted what I wanted. I actually really liked how it looked, and thus... well, stuck with it!
And you can hug him all you want - just be warned he may hug back. And with arms like that, it may be a tight one.
