They are chocolate biscuits (AKA cookies), but these are soft biscuits, as they have a tangy orange filling and has milk chocolate on the top of them. Hope that helps.

They taste nicely. They're made by McVities, and so far I've only seen them in the UK.

Since McVities is a British company. Funnily enough it's owned by the large UK food company; United Biscuits, who also owns franchises like KP, the Real McCoy's and Jacob's crackers.

True, though it's supposed to be marketed as one, it's usually sold in supermarkets along with other biscuits, but then again they do tend to sell biscuits and confectionary produts in the same isles.

I have the same reaction to Milk Chocolate Hobnobs. OMG, those biscuits are INCREDIBLE! The ouchy bit is that a package of them costs about $5.50 here in the States. But they're oh so worth it!
