I've always loved your fursona, and honestly you're the person who got me to become such a rat lover through your art.

I always LOVE the way you draw anthropomorphic rats...all still looking like rats instead of humans. Totally my favourite thing about your art.

I'd suggest an art trade sometime to try drawing your character again (since I think I've gotten a lot better since we last did one), but I don't have any rat characters at the moment. D:

And you're probably busy anyhow, maybe I'll just randomly giftart you sometime when I'm not busy with commissions. XD

I try to keep my rats more like regular rats with human gestures and adornments than human/rat hybrids.
I do love anthro art from other artists, but I've just never felt it represents my characters best. I may draw a proper clothed anthro ziggy one day, just for fun.

I'd love to trade with you some time (always wanted to draw morton, your greyhoundy guy, he's great!) but am so short of time of late (only churning them out of late as these are all old ones that have been sitting on my computer for ages and I had a few days to finish them off)
But I am off work for another week or so, so might have more time to squeeze one in!

Lemme know...I am working on drawing the new design for Morton (a bit different than his old design, but not much) and commissioned a proper ref sheet of him (but I might be waiting a long time on that)...so if you're ready to do a trade at some point I could try to toss together a quick ref and/or some pictures of him I will likely draw anyway since it's fall soon and that puts me in the mood to draw my spooky character. X3

And of course, your style would really suit him since he sorta has a similar 'not quite anthro' thing goin on, if you didn't notice from me drawing him before.

I am gonna colour this later, I dunno if it would work for a ref since he is upside down XD But this is the first picture I have drawn in his new design. He is more pear shaped now (basically he is now shaped like an emaciated raccoon) which I think would make him even easier for you to draw, since rats also kind of have a pear shape. :B

The original rat teeth :) First time I saw one of your pictures of Ziggy (I think it was the one of her running you had under your journal on DA) with her grinning and I noticed the teeth, I joined the realistic teeth bandwagon ^ ^ Still has the out of proportion incisors, but hey, I can't resist having them xD

Ziggy is amazing, though I'd never really know what to do if I met her in real life. She has that "dont' fuck with me"aura going on. D: Scary.

I love the cyber goggles. I also like how you showed the correct dentition too, it bugs me when people draw rat teeth wrong.

They're just the body adornments I have in real life. I have a brand of a jigsaw piece on my arm, and the word seven tattooed on my wrist.
I used to have a rat called seven, and am friendly with slipknots guitarist Mick, who is number seven in the band, so I had it tattoed on me in honour of both of them :)
