If there is one person whose artwork I would love to see posted in "Fur Affinity", that would have to be Terrie Smith. With her talents going all the way back to the 1980s, she'd created a plethora of portfolios and calendars with the subject matter ranging from G-rated fantasy themes to X-rated 'cheesecake' and 'beefcake' characters. (At least some of her fans here in "FA" have posted their own versions of some of her characters - most notably, 'Chester' the ringtail.)
I'd bought a variety of her calendars during the past two decades - with images that never fail to astonish me. One of my acquisitions was the "Body Beautiful 1992" calendar, full of nude and semi-nude male fauna.
At the time said calendar was published and distributed, Terrie was already a member of the 'funny animal' APAzine "Rowrbrazzle", while I just began my stint in it as a 'waiting lister'. I'd decided back then to post a fictitious rebuttal about the calendar, with an earlier version of my bobcat character lodging the complaint. (Take notice: Rob has a few extra 'fronds' on each side of his face.) Fortunately, Rob had the decency to cover up his 'naughty bits' - otherwise, it would have never appeared in "Rowrbrazzle"!
