Seems like something may have happened with your file though, look at the linework just below her right eye, in her ears and down her neck. It's super low res.

Nah, it's just a pixelated brush that's all. These are "sketches" and were done in low resolution.

Heheh honestly this isn't canon, it's a suggestion for one of my Patrons. In real life Bexley would be the one driving her around ;)!

And that is a coincidental parallel with my own driving situations. Half blind in the left eye and needing to have someone drive me to places I want to go (if and when it lines up with their own reasons to take a road trip). :)
