I had a lot of ideas for this one.
In the end, I decided on elves. Specifically, on Dark Elves being this oppressing faction that rules over other races in a post-apocalyptic setting. In this picture, the last Wood Elf is seeking revenge on those that destroyed her race during the public execution of a small Human village's leader who openly speaks against her tyrannical Dark Elven overlords.
Maybe this is just enough to start a rebellion?
