Robert Benton, AKA Black Terror, Dread, Toxin and other names. He was one of the founding members of the Brotherhood, the resistance organization that fought against Big Brother and his party. He ended his career under the boot heel of the Overwatcher from Kansas, but not before inflicting some serious damage upon him (among other things, he managed to rip his arm off). The weakened Overwatcher was then finally put down by Clifton "Ziggy" Sighert, AKA Skyborne, with a strange green bullet through the forehead. Robert's sacrifice allowed the resistance to terminate the party's greatest living weapon and he'll never be forgotten for it.
