Okay, this was inked and coloured from a sketch by Ahro. It shows Captain Ernst Neckbreaker, one of King Fairwater's elite motorcycle SWAT team, polishing his katana. After using it on someone? Quite possibly.
Like all the demons in the Black Riders, Ernst is not evil per se, and has enough skill and self-control to minimise casualties. His job is, after all, to protect the public. However, if someone committing an atrocity has decided they're not going to be taken alive, he has few qualms about bringing them back in pieces.
Also like most of the other Black Riders, Ernst tends to wear his motorcycle leathers as a uniform and will wear it even when driving other vehicles or on desk duty.
Ernst is based on the same 'Indeterminate Feline Species' as Daniel Ti'Fiona in DMFA. He appears primarily in the comic 'Dark Lord Rising', but is slated for further roles in future comics.

Oooo this came out great! Love the pose! There have been times when i've slept in my motorcycle leathers when away camping on the bike,
but that's just because it's been bloody freezing, not because i've had an overwhelming urge to keep my leathers on! But i guess he gets that
urge being a 'cubi, or is it simply a Black Riders thing? Maybe a bit of both?

Well, he's a demon, so likely to find such things less uncomfortable than other races. But it is also fun to give the Creature races a slightly garbled idea of what's considered normal.
His official stance is that they look good with his (leathery) wings ( http://projectfuturecomic.com/darkl.....hp?strip=05-09 ) but it's also true that going around dressed as one of the King's notorious special forces does inspire fear and respect, and he does kind of like that.
