No but like, for so long I thought the northern lapwing was our national bird cuz it’s used to represent the region I live nearby (Time Kommune) and is even mascot for a store (not the best depiction but it works) but when I searched it up after a while, I discovered it was the white-throated Dipper that’s the national bird but like...I have never once in my life seen it. Not once!

I’ve had more luck seeing the biggest and smallest bird in Norway.
