Alright so this isnt "Sonic" exactly, but its in a very similiar style. And I didnt have it in my heart to put Klonoa is some general catagory.
The smudge tool was agreeing with me in this one. Although I didnt really notice the ring to hand angle till after I finished.. and it would be way too involved to fix.
