I've had a subset of vore explained to me in a way that makes sense on an emotional level, especially since it's purely fantasy. But I don't think that someone could accomplish the same with the fat fetish, strictly due to how extremely unhealthy it is to have any level of weight excess. :< But to be fair, I also don't really care to listen to someone's explanation of that, so ehh. :)
