Another character I made in XCOM 2 with mods, this one a male batarian named Bateed Notor. Like before, this is a WIP.
Bateed Notor was born on the batarian homeworld Khar’shan. Like any batarian, his affluent family owned slaves. He never questioned slavery being an integral part of the batarian caste system. With humanity coming into the galactic scene after the First Contact War, he began doubting its effectiveness. One day, he met a salarian slave, an STG agent who intentionally placed himself here to infiltrate. Over time, the salarian pointed out many of the fallacies behind how batarians think of other species, among other things. The words now in his mind, Bateed joined the resistance, hoping to overthrow the Hegemony. However, the rebellions were easily put down, leaving Bateed to lead an independent mercenary group. An attack from Cerberus, led by a cybernetic soldier, piqued his curiosity, leading him to the Citadel prior to his arrest.
