That's definitely going to be something to look forward to on April Fool's Day and a nice teaser for us to guess the reason for Dewey's laughter. Hyenas are after all well known for their laughter, and Dewey is aptly demonstrating this as portrayed so well in this sketch. Either he's enjoying a moment of triumph at having pulled off a particularly good prank or maybe his victims caught up with him afterwards and they're exacting their revenge upon him with some tickle torture. Still we shall find out soon enough, and there's also the Easter picture as well to look forward to.
