The small gryphon was in her labotary cursing her height as she was forced to use steps to reach the top of the several tables. Differents projects mostly finished but not complete could be seen in an ocean of components laying around. She wasn’t known to be tiddy and received a lot of scolds from the vice captain who was used to work with more organised people.

On her toes she was trying to reach a tool on the other side of the table her current project being on the way as well as her pretty voluptous chest. Despite the cursings she was really enthusiastic to finish her new invention that could change everything about the weapons’ power and give a crushing advantage in battle. I’ve been on this for monthes now! This better work or the vice captain will kill me... She took a look around with the dozen of unfinished work she has been asked to do and flicked her ears No it WILL work! All the calculations are correct there’s no way that cannot work!

Exicted like a student about to participate in his first ship assignment she fixed the last details and « cleaned » the table by throwing everything off and turned on the camera Amber Hastar, day 191. I am about to start the device for a test run and will start at 5% energy output

Turning around she walked toward and tipped some commands on her digital keyboard on the forearm. Nothing was happening during a few seconds and a small vibration could be heard as the device was turning on, a pleasant orange colour coming from it. Checking the variables her eyes were getting wider and wider as the happiness was raising inside her until she couldn’t bear it anymore and started to chirps and jump around like a kid YES ! YES ! It’s working ! I knew it!

Taking another look at the curves, she could see everything was stable and walked in front of it to get some more data. She couldn’t believe how powerfull it was even at 5 % The new material the commando found monthes ago was incredible I can’t wait to shove that into her face ha! She will never bother me any

But as she was speaking an alarm raised from the console and the soft vibration suddenly became a high pitched sound and the small avian barely had the time to jump back before the explosion sending her 35kg fly into the air and crash against the wall letting her upside down with a shocked look Well...shit….
