I made this painting a few weeks ago for my husband, who deals with chronic pain and illness that prevents him from working. He’s been helping me flesh out the history of my world of TeaFeathers, and we’re very slowly working towards creating pewter pendants together. He liked a recent werewolf watercolor painting and wanted something similar so I made him this! The moon, stars. and bunnies on the ground are all painted in mixed silver metallic paints. The morning I gave this to him, he was having a really extreme pain flare. He has a team of doctors who help him with his conditions, but his life is still filled with pain and trepidation every day.. There is no healing from certain chronic conditions. The least I can do is help him as much as possible, and do little things like this to cheer him up when I can. <3

I might do a short run of limited embellished prints of this one, will experiment and see how they look!
