a random doodle from last night. lately i've been really interested in marine life, and i was pretty unaware of it until i looked at all my recent art (hah deviantart) and the cards for my art assignment. i think sea life is some of the most beautiful and interesting life.
along with that, the ocean brings me great memories of my childhood where i spent most of my summer every year up until a few years ago. we only visited the shore a few times this summer. D;

SO ANYWAY
i was trying to create an alternate fursona to match my love for the sea. and i sort of.. combined a shark, moorish idol, and doggish.. thing together to make this guy. (or girl? i havent decided.) i think i'd classify it as 'ngisa' (my aquatic-quad species thing, like opal)

name comes from the granite, uba tuba. as you can see, it's wearing a necklace with that kind of stone.
