This is the first of three pictures that my brother Scott did for my Attempted Kidnapping when I'd sent the story to AnthropoMORPHINE back in 1991. The scene occurs between pages 1 and 2 of the story. (AnthropoMORPHINE was a publication from Britain in the early '90s and I doubt its still being published.) Anyway, this scene shows a couple of kittens playing with wooden swords in the castle and being discovered by several adults, including the princess' (Carmen) mother (Jade) who was conducting some trade negotiations with the avian standing next to her.
As you can see my brother drew some children, something he rarely does.
