I just wanted to draw a woolly mammoth, but he turned out so well I kind of want to call this serious, meaningful art about how incredibly lonely the last woolly mammoth on Earth must have felt and that maybe could help people feel less alone themselves. Something's in this piece, I don't know what, but it calls to me more than most of my work. Then I considered making hm into an advice animal called Determination Mammoth focusing on the kind of dogged determination and psychological endurance that every human being needs just to get through the day.
Determination Mammoth says indifference is the only true failure.
Have I mentioned that charcoal works for me like nothing else for some reason that's obscure even to me?
