Thought about how Venomwoman might act when shes turned evil, like most robots in MegaMan. So i think she would have have an extreme way of protecting nature. I also just kind of like the idea of her and Toadman being together as partners or what ever.

It's merely due to flawed game design.
Wanna know what they did, for Plant Man, in the arcade games? They made him one very tough opponent! Even able to grow plants, to help him FIGHT against the heroes!
No doubt, it's probably due to poorly made reprogramming, by Dr. Wily. XD
