True but it's not just me who doesn't share your opinion. Many people in RL mostly.

AS trite and corny as this sounds beauty is in the eye of the beholder. If you don't worry to much about how you look, as much as how you think you look, you will be surprised at how well people will react to your presence. You will be pleasantly surprised at how much a confident attitude will do. The question really is do you think you look good? If so then why care what others think?

I normally try to tell myself something along those lines and tell others too but I'm the sorta guy who has to be critical of himself a lot. I normally try to put out a confident attitude and in public I don't worry (hell, I don't "worry" most of the time) about my looks. I'm not worrying if I look bad or not, I just accept that in my eyes I look bad, in some other people's eyes I look bad, and in some I may actually lokk good.

All a mater of opinion. Yours is the only one that counts though.

At the very least, you're better looking than I am!
