You want crits? I think I can help you a lot :)
I think any flaws you have in your drawings are the result of copying from cartoons etc, without learning anatomy properly. I think you would improve a lot if you did lifedrawing. Or copied anatomy from photos. Do that until you are satisfied and then you can trace over your sketch, start learning which lines to make more prominent, and modify the shape of the anatomy relating to your sketch :)
