Thousand-Eyes Restrict?

Playing it in my deck, too. Also Millennium-Eyes Restrickt.
But I don't actually know, what the question here was.

Yes, then my answer above was correct. But I only ran him as a fun addition in the deck, summoning it with 'The Dark - Hex-Sealed Fusion' because I didn't want to put Thousand-Eyes Idol in it. Sadly this way it can't be summoned from the grave, but it is fun to have it on the field and annoiying the opponent. The main fusion I'm going for in the deck is Millenium-Eyes Restrict because it can take over more than 1 monster :D

There is no 'not limited to 1' on the card and it can use the effect once per turn, if a monster effect is activated - so yes - at least when there is a free field in your spell/trap zone.

And appearently Millennium-Eyes can block handtraps and ABC-Dragon Buster if it's on the field.
"This card can be an effective counter against hand traps like "Ash Blossom & Joyous Spring" and "Maxx "C"". By chaining the activation of this card's effect to the activation of those hand traps and equipping them from the Graveyard, by the time their effects resolve, this card's negation would apply to their names, negating their effects.

I built this deck for fun, because I really like the design of Relinquished, but it turned out actually playable against 'good' decks and this makes me happy - the reason I dedicated this playmat to it :D
