Gorgeous line work! The only issue I have is the other eye looks a little strange with no pupil, but that's just being picky on such a fantastic image. :)

Oh no! You might be able to get your hands on a demo of Adobe Illustrator or something; I'm actually not sure if there are any free vector programs out there. But this would just look SO good vectored up :)
