Meet Nova, the first character of a cast of characters I'm working on~ Awhile back I became very nostalgic about Pokemon Mystery Dungeon series and was inspired to create characters/species' inspired by Pokemon and world inspired by the PMD games.
Nova is a bold, and intuitive person who aims to take the role of a leader whenever she has the chance. She is very intelligent since throughout her life she has developed her logical and critical thinking. Nova has an unwavering belief that there is nothing that's impossible to achieve as long as you work hard and put your heart and soul to achieving your goals. Her goal in life is to follow her father's footsteps and become a detective. When she was around her teenage years, her mother was kidnapped but thanks to her father Nova's mother was safely rescued which sparked inspiration in her and ever since she has aimed to become just like him. She wants to inspire people around her to be brave and smart just like her father inspired her. However her view on success is so strong that she can come off as naive which can make her blind to environmental factors. She lives in a town called Lake Gate Town and is part of a Soluna Guild.
Nova's race is a Furgul who are generally considered to be a proud race who value hard work and aiming high. They value family and prefer living in small villages with strong community where everyone is considered family. They also live in dry areas and have a natural ability to control lightning magic and due to their strong legs they can jump very high.
