Sketchbook 145: Fear the Old Blood

This is another one of those pictures that I had in mind to draw for a long time but only recently had the nerve to attempt it. Creatures from Bloodborne are always so intimidating because of the amount of detail into the designs that I know I won't be able to include.
I probably could have drawn the antlers better if I tried, but I didn't want to spend too much time on it after spending more than anticipated. Not much more to say about this one.

I am not entirely sure why. If I were to guess, it is because there is this whole thing about "having eyes on the inside" and seeing beyond human limits. There's this other character who wears a blindfold-type thing who tried to achieve this so I think that's likely to be the reason.
Although that guy and this character are from two different groups with different ideals and methods so I could be mistaken.
(The games story and lore is not easy to figure out. What I know of it I got from watching explanation videos)
