A new MLP OC, Dizzy the Draconequus!

She's young, bubbly and a bit naive as times, playful and loves a good joke. She finds ponies (and some other species) to absolutely weird and hilarious but enjoys their company and learning about their culture.
While not Nearly as strong as the lord of chaos who's magic goes above and beyond a normal draconequus's Dizzy does posses magics allowing her to manipulate her own body and items along with a bit of teleportation. Though because she's still young her magic could always use some improvement.

Likes: cupcakes, sweets, balloons, jokes (even the dumb ones), ponies, cute things (though she finds most things cute), pillows, comfy places, flying, bouncing, goofing off, playing games, learning new magic, practicing magic, baking, decorating sweets, playing pranks.

Dislikes: bitter food, bad smells, being scolded, being scared of, losing her temper, being told No, burning food, being uncomfortable, standing still (unless napping), losing control of her magic, hurting someone.
