I used to love those buses. I don't know how they were over there, but they rattles and squeaked every time the bus bounced here in the Second City. I used to love that sound. Scary story involving one of these buses though: one time while on Lakeshore Drive (express along the highway) someone threw a 2x4 through the window of the bus. I remember it completely shattered the glass and scared everyone. The bus driver was so skilled that he didn't crash, just continued along to the next stop, broken glass and a large chunk of wood on the floor.
