Not really. There are creepy aspects of it, it's becoming an inanimate object, losing autonomy. That isn't something many people are comfortable with, but for some it's interesting and they may still find it creepy.
In the end it's just a matter of if it floats your goats or not I think. People like their own stuff for their own reasons.

For me, I love the idea on what it would feel like to be inanimate and unable to move, as well as being in that strange shape. Hollow and made of cloth, feeling your body fold and seperate, I think it would feel interesting and good.
Of course I also would only like it temporarily, permenant inanimate transformation is not my style.
