I personally believe that as individuals we may be kind, but as a race we are inherently destructive. In order to better our future we'd need to come together as a race, but that directly goes against the ideology of those in power. Once in power they need to do everything they can to remain/gain more power. I becomes a cycle; no longer of bettering the world, but bettering their foothold of power. It's a sad state of affairs truly.
Thanks! If I remember correctly, the characters took me about 4-5 hours to complete in total, you'd have to ask cobaltowl how long the background took though :)

Thank for the response. so i believe thos may have taken more than a day to finish, right? I didn't ask the other artist (it seems that they have been inactive around here for a while now) but judging by the time you took and speculating the rest i believe it may have been 10 hours at least; you both did a great job, i really can see all the effort that was put into it.
