Felt inspired the other day, wanted to draw Cinder looking a bit more serious and powerful than his traditional doughball self, and this was easily achieved with a change into some much more captainy looking clothes. I dunno if I want to call this a design tweak or just a more authoritarian outfit for special events or when he wants to feel more powerful. I admittedly like it more than his original outfit myself, so eh, we will see what happens in future doodles.
