Philly is one of two dilophosauruss we have and she is certainly the friendliest dinos you will meet here. She has a big heart and loves to make friends. She is one of the few I could cuddle without fear of an attack though even she is not perfect. She still is a large carnivore and still has her predatory instincts within her and even she is so scared of letting them come out that she will refuse to get into any physical conflict and when but into a fight she'll just freeze up.

Being a part of the Wave:1 batch, Philly has a few defects in her looks the most obvious being the main of feathers on her neck that can puff out like a frilled lizard's crest depending on her mood. From what we know if they are laying flat on her neck it means she is feeling neutral, slightly out means she is happy, fully puffed out means she is feeling or uncomfortable or nervous
