very pretty ;3 what types of brush do you use in photoshop/painter to do this?

I typically use the default brushes that come with Photoshop CS2. Detailed brushes are as listed below (in varying sizes, naturally):

- Hard Round
- Airbrush Hard Round
- Airbrush Pen Opacity Flow

Recently, I've opened myself up to custom brushes that I make myself. This can vary from tweaking other default brushes to suit my needs, or just making shapes and giving them a randomizer.

Thanks ;3 I have yet to make my own brushes in photoshop but I have used other peoples custom brushes... i always end up using the default ones though >_<

Best way to go. You'll never know when you'll be stranded on a deserted island with your flash drive with an illegal copy of Photoshop CS2 (which I think every artist should have... both the flash drive keychain and a copy of Photoshop on it), a Wacom tablet, and an urge to draw... but only default brushes!
