They haven't been confirmed playable yet, BUT
This expansion is adding a system to let new races be added quickly between expansions.
And they have more customization options than many existing playable races. That's a suspicious amount of depth for them to just be NPCs.
They also use the goblin skeleton, so they don't need much work for custom animation rigging or gear-fitting (just to account for ears/tail, realy).
So they will likely be added as a race after this expansion, but before the next one.

Check out some of the animations from the dropdown. :3~ The tail is wonderful, too. (Cuz they have tails now, non-tailed Vulpera were only in Alpha for like, less than a month before these tailed versions appeared, hehehe.)
