Lol I once drew pictures of an angry Toad dropping his pants and showing his penis saying "I'm a boy!!!" As a counter to that Toads are genderless statement. XD I did the same thing with Toadette except her breasts and vagina were showing XD.

Most Koopas are on Bowser's side while Yoshis are on the Mushroom Kingdom side.
I think in the first two Paper Mario games some bowser baddies including Koopas decide they want a more peaceful life and leave bowser, so that may be the case for some good guy koopas :3
