So, I'm going to get sappy as fuck here, for a few moments. I know a lot of people generally think; "Six months? That's not really a big milestone.", and they'd be right. Generally, I don't consider six months to be a thing to celebrate. However, this is the first time I've ever really had a go at anything 'long distance'. There were times that I had my reservations, and worries, and doubts... But all those went away, the first time I got to meet Skunk in person.The moment he stepped through my doorway, and we hugged, everything just felt... /Right/. So, I wanted to say this to you, Ives~

You have been... An /outstanding/ boyfriend. To quantify how much you mean to me in words, would be an extraordinary challenge. You've been so patient with me, so caring, and so warm, and I don't think I could possibly begin to thank you enough for being a part of my life. The week we shared together in person; it might have only been a week, and it might have gone by so much faster than the both of us wanted, but it demonstrated just how well we feed off each other and work together. Things that would have been tear-my-hair-out stressful; like the hood of my char smashing into my windshield, or clearing the driveway of a /tree/, with a /machete/, were reduced to... Simple trifles, just because you were there to help support me. So, I got this picture of us, because when I think back to that week, this one image of us is burned into my mind~ Curled up under your blanket, snickering at the ridiculousness of Gurren Lagann, and just... Existing with one another.
