"Everyone ready to go? Good."
Helena and her team is about go on a dive to inspect a site for a possible ambush on a yacht. The area looks promising; shallow waters with rock formations. With a well-developed plan, they could take over the ship before anyone realises what's going on.
Had these inks laying about for a while, decided to finish the colours and complete her pic between comms and other works that are still in early inking stages. -w-'
Again, this one a fun piece because of the gear; clamps, straps, bags and stuff like that. I originally tried a different suit design for this one; a suit without a zipper, but it made some dead space in the middle of the pic + her wetsuit is kinda established now ... maybe for a hench(wo)man o3o'
Also played with the background, as first it would have showed the ocean behind her, but that felt too 1-dimensional, so I changed it to an old ship piled with ammo crates and other things that would question their intentions.
- Thank you for all the peeps who joined the streams! -
Hope ya'll enjoy! <3

Much gear, yis!
Ahahaha noooo, that mask has two hoses, one on each side; and the regulator itself is on the back, the old-school circular piece with the vent holes, nothing is covered o3o' Rebreathers are overrated.
Ohh, I imagined the the tail just being part of the pants - the suit is made up form a pair of pants and a jacket, soo it's not that complicated.

It's a bit more broad than that; she's a relevant member of a criminal organisation interested in all sorts of activities; money laundering, extortion, kidnapping, weapon trafficking, illegal trades and so on. She happens to be a head of the division that requires a bit sneaky marine approaches.
Ahahaha, why are you so mean to her team :_D They have bills to pay!
Though the target could be a famous fashion designer -w-

Oh btw, do you have any tips how to draw scuba tank.
I always got trouble every time drawing scuba tank cus it feels like not placed correctly. It feels like the tank was flying or the tank feels like an implant to the back bone or its bumping the ass. It's kinda hard to figure out.

Ah, you can note me with these kinda questions!
Hmmm, I admit I often cheat when it comes to tanks; I nudge their placement for the best visibility, and for Helena here, I simply went with a twin-tank solution to show more of them.
Buuut, I just draw a simple rectangle/vague tank shape on a new layer and nudge it about till I get the best looks, then use it as a guide for later inks .. some goes with other details like the belt buckles, weights, and even the eyes. Of course, looking at photos can help a lot how a tank would sit on the back.

I absolutely agree, looks like a very fun piece indeed. She looks like the meticulous kind of diver who ensures every strap, buckle and hose is adjusted just right. I would go down with her any day. ;)
How long do you figure it takes her to stage her gear and get dressed out?
In any case, a true feast for the eyes!

Yeee; she is! You can never be careful enough with your equipment, especially when you aren't just a recreational diver. Hahaha well, just make sure you don't cross her -w-
Hmmm, have to admit, I'm not sure; gearing up itself shouldn't take too much time, especially with helping hands around and her equipment being on stand-by all the time ... but with all the checks, double checks and adjustments it might take up just as long, if not longer ... 20 minutes maybe?
Thank you! ;w;
