Generally people seem to use their own bodies to create their fursonas, so I'm curious: What made you choose your fursona's bodytype and such?

I can't speak for Schmozy but I know plenty of furs that don't pick their own body type. I'm one of them. Some of us kinda use
them as an idealized goal to reach for. Others just prefer the aesthetic. =D

And totally agree with an upper comment. Don't create expectations about people based on their fursonas nor art. Good or bad, most times they aren't related at all.

It's 2025 and this image is still relevant to this day. I all ways share this link as an example of furries who unfortunately ghost or block other furs that don't look like their sonas. It's sad. :c
